Hampton Inn Merrillville

Not a big breakfast eater but it looked good. Location was fine it was close to where I needed to be for a meeting. It was back off the road so you did not get a lot of the road noise. The staff was the best. Nicest people you could meet. Very helpful and they all welcomed you always had a smile on their face.

Karen was an amazing front desk person. She sent me several text throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. Also just to check in to see if everything was going well. The rest of staff were all very helpful and pleasant. A great stay.

room was comfortable and place was quite, front desk was very polite and friendly, room clean, parking was good.

Karen was very pleasant and conscientious of our reservation. We arrived 3 hours before check in. She offered to call us when our room was available. Within an hour she called and we greatly appreciated her service

Breakfast was good and the area was kept very clean. Hot coffee was ready all the time! Pool was small, but the kids loved it and had it pretty much to themselves. We asked for two rooms close to each other and got just that. Very happy with our stay.
